Four decades of care for pilgrims
Dallah Hajj Services is the pilgrim services arm of Dallah Albaraka Group. Established in 1406 AH, we began by transporting pilgrims between the holy cities and today we deliver the complete pilgrim experience: reception at the airport, accommodation in Makkah and Madinah, camps in Mina and Arafat, catering, medical care and religious guidance
Our fleet has been ranked first for the lowest breakdown rate during Hajj seasons for consecutive years. We introduced wheelchair-accessible buses in 1987 and equipped every vehicle with GPS tracking and live monitoring from our operations center

FAQ
How do I register for a Hajj program?
Create an account on the Pilgrim Portal, choose a program, upload your passport and vaccination certificate, and pay the deposit. Pilgrims from abroad register through their national Hajj mission or an authorized agent, and we coordinate the rest through Nusuk
What is included in the program price?
Airport reception, transport throughout the journey, hotel accommodation, camps in Mina and Arafat, three daily meals, religious guidance, medical care and field support. Airfare and visa fees are not included unless stated
How can I track my bus?
Open the Dallah Hajj app or the Bus Tracking e-service and enter your group number. You will see the bus location and receive boarding notifications
Do you provide services for pilgrims with disabilities?
Yes. Our fleet includes wheelchair-accessible buses, our camps have accessible facilities, and companions can be arranged for the rituals
What languages does your field team speak?
Arabic, English, Urdu, Bahasa, Turkish, French and Hausa. Additional languages can be arranged for national missions
How do I submit a complaint?
Use the Complaints & Suggestions e-service, the app, or the help desk in your camp. Every ticket receives a reference number and a response within 24 hours
